About Qin Shengyi：

Qin Shengyi, chairman of Beijing Renchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd., professor level senior engineer, expert enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council, director of the State Key Laboratory for utilization of silica sand resources, national outstanding professional and technical talents, and member of the technical guidance expert committee for sponge city construction.

Graduated from Nanjing Institute of Technology, MBA from Peking University, Director of the State Key Laboratory of "Silica Sand Resource Utilization", Expert with special allowance from the State Council, professor-level senior engineer, successively served as R&D engineer of Jinan Foundry Institute of Ministry of Machinery Industry, general manager of Beijing Great Wall Casting Co., Ltd., chairman of Beijing Renchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research and development of comprehensive utilization of silica sand resources. The Organization Department of the Central Committee, the Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Personnel, and the Ministry of Science and Technology awarded "National Outstanding Professionals". Over the past 30 years, we have been dedicated to the development of the "sand industry" and established the State Key Laboratory of "Silica Sand Resource Utilization" to overcome the three common problems of "sand use" in the world. The R&D team for the comprehensive utilization of silica sand resources under his leadership has created more than 1000 scientific research achievements and undertook more than the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. 1. Processing aeolian sand in the desert into new precision casting materials——Coated sand to achieve"< strong>Made with sand". Qin Shengyi said that his innovation originated from Chinese traditional culture.
